Mickie started playing golf when she was 10 years old. She qualified and played multiple times in the Kraft Nabisco LPGA tournament. Amongst her many accomplishments, she holds a class A Master Instructors License.
She uses her passion to giving back to the community by teaching golf. Children are our future in golf. She often speaks about the joy she gets when teaching kids and seeing the spark in their eyes when they connect well with the ball. When you are at the course, stick your head in Mickie’s office. She is never too busy to stop and assist anyone.
Her passion for golf is what has lead the First Tee Organization to choosing Pine Forest Golf Club as an official Learning Center. Learn more about The First Tee Organization.
